QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:
Work Skills/Experience
· A High School Diploma or the equivalent in relevant work experience.
· Directly related warehouse experience is a plus as well as FilePro/Blue Screen.
· Basic skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
· Entail strong communications, along with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
· Attention to detail that impacts profitability.
· Ability to manage time through multi-tasking and managing several projects at once. Must be flexible and work well under pressure and easily adapt to change.
· Possess the strength and endurance to stand and walk for a full scheduled shift, and intermittently lift up to 75 lbs.
· Ability to safely climb up and down ladders while carrying up to 50 lbs.
· Possess a willingness and ability to drive and operate fork lift vehicles and box trucks, if required.
· Must have transportation to and from work. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES – HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE VISION include the following, but are not limited to:
· Read customer return forms to process any credits requested and follow any special instructions on specific returns.
· Examine each product to determine if it qualifies for credit according to manufacturer or department guidelines.
· Utilize a computer to process orders, returns and credits accurately.
· Read and fill customer orders based on invoice indicators.
· Verify order accuracy through a manual/visual checking process.
· Load/unload delivery trucks, shipping containers, and small parcel trucks/vans.
· Operate receiving/shipping equipment, including pallet jacks, pallet stackers, and/or lift rucks; maintain a safe environment.
· Engage in various activities within the distribution team as directed by the team leader(s) not limited to i.e. picking, packing, checking, wrapping, swogging, loading and securing of shipments.
· Receive inventory and non-inventory items into the warehouse by sorting, stocking, organizing, and replenishing items appropriately based on a defined process and objectives set by the Receiving Specialist and/or Operation Managers.
· Read receiving and shipping documentation (e.g. invoices, Pos, packing lists, BOL’s, etc.) to determine items to be sorted and stocked.
· Verify accuracy and completeness of items received through a manual, visual, and/or digital checking process.
· Provide back-up support to other associates in the performance of job duties as required, understanding that it may be a spontaneous notification.
· Assist with various receiving, shipping, and inventory-related projects including but not limited to physical inventory counts, moving product locations, installing/modifying racking, etc.
· Assist in any task requested by either the direct team leader or any person in management.
· Keep all paperwork organized to process and fulfill orders in a timely fashion according to department metrics.
· Aid in the efforts of maintaining a lean work environment.

· Timely and Error Free communications, receipts, returns, and shipments.
· Efficiency when completing assigned tasks.
· Harmony within the 3PS and Returns Team.
· Attendance % at 95% or higher, following the attendance calculation process.
