Roles & Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Business Process Framework (BPF), Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, and Recruiting.
- Develop and manage calculated fields, condition rules, validations, and custom objects.
- Design dashboards, custom reports, and Worklets to support HR operations and leadership needs.
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations.
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot failures.
- Coordinate with third‑party vendors for HR‑related interfaces (benefits providers, vendors, payroll, etc.).
- Create and optimize advanced, composite, and matrix reports.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday HCM.
Salary Range - $110,000-$120,000 a year
