Responsibilities:
- Showing Assistant: Accompany clients on property showings when needed, providing excellent customer service and assistance throughout the process.
- Scheduling appointments/tours
- Obtain feedback from clients
- Service area: As south as Buda, North - Georgetown, East - Manor, West - Lago Vista/Lakeway
- Host Open House every weekend | Showings are booked for Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Install Lockboxes & Yard Signs
- Answer Phones and Call Sphere
- Assist with Events
Requirements:
- Valid Texas Real Estate License. License must be active!
- ONE YEAR of experience or more!
- Previous experience in office management or real estate administration preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including weekends and evenings.
