Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Executive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and executive leadership. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in coordinating sales activities, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude to help drive our sales initiatives forward.
Essential Functions:
· Initiate or coordinate customer contact with sales consultants and maintain relationships with business contacts
· Provide and support to the sales consultants on a daily basis which will include assisting with proposals and quoting, and answering customer inquiries
· Review, compile and organize information contained in RFP’s and RFQ’s
· Consistent Sales Force data entry for all client base communication
· Ensures and maintains successful and timely follow-up with our lead database
· Organize and prepares sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
· Maintains customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates, preparing and distribution monthly reports as required
· Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company
· Provides Sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
· Attend sales meeting, training sessions, tradeshows and client visits, as needed
· Communicates daily with the VP Sales
· Other duties as assigned by management
· Monitors sales performance with detailed weekly/monthly reporting

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associate degree in Business Administration or 3-5 years of related experience
· 2+ years sales administrative support experience within a construction environment, preferred
· 2+ years with sales proposals software, preferably Proposify
· 2+ years with Salesforce
· Proficiency in Salesforce platform
· Ability to travel and work overtime as needed

· Self- starter who is a team player with willingness to help cross-functionally as needed
