We are hiring Full-time and Part-time Line Cook/Prep Cook for a Poke Restaurant at the Palladio Mall in Folsom,CA. Looking for enthusiastic staff with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and deliver great customer service.
As a Line Cook/Prep Cook your job includes:
- Cook recipes as directed according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Working under pressure as a team
- Maintaining clean kitchen and workstation; comply with food sanitation standards at all times
- Communicating ticket times to Servers
- Ensure knowledge of menu and food products
- Monitor product freshness, Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
- Have Knife skills to prep, chop, slice, dice produce and proteins.
- Ability to use Range, Oven, Fryer, and Grill
- Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience strongly preferred
- Ability to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Food Safety permit or ability to obtain one upon employment
What are we looking for?

- Availability to work Monday-Sunday: shift on weekdays, weekends, and holidays between the hours of 10:45am -8:30pm (Weekend availability is a Must)
- Ability to work a full shift (8 hours) walking and standing with or without reasonable accommodation

- Food Safety permit or ability to obtain one upon employment.
