We are seeking a skilled and dependable Facility Maintenance Handyman to join our team! This position offers the opportunity to travel and work on a variety of maintenance and repair projects across different locations. As a Traveling Handyman, you'll be responsible for delivering top-quality service and ensuring the maintenance of client facilities. This is an hourly position, with the flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:
$20 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Represent the company professionally in the field with a clean and presentable uniform and appearance.
- Ensure punctuality for all appointments and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Provide and maintain your own basic tools and ensure reliable, presentable transportation for travel between job sites.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and team members, responding to tasks and requests in a timely manner.
- Adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
Qualifications:-
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Must own a smartphone and have basic computer skills (e.g., uploading photos, sending emails and texts).
- Preferred experience with a range of commercial repairs, such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, ceiling tiles/grids, floor tiles, and painting.
- Must be available for on-call duties after hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to respond to emergency situations.
- Strong experience in concrete work, including finishing and repairs.
