Heritage Senior Living of Marysville is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and customer-focused Resident Server to join our dining services team. If you enjoy working with seniors and providing exceptional customer service in a family-oriented environment, we would love to meet you!
Position Summary
The Resident Server is responsible for providing friendly and efficient meal service to residents while creating a welcoming dining experience. This position plays an important role in ensuring residents receive meals accurately, safely, and with outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Take meal orders and accurately serve food and beverages.
- Assist residents with meal selections as needed.
- Ensure meals are served according to dietary restrictions and special requests.
- Set up and clean dining rooms before and after meals.
- Bus tables and maintain a clean, organized dining area.
- Refill beverages and respond promptly to resident requests.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work as a team with kitchen staff and caregivers to provide excellent resident service.
- Assist with light cleaning and other dining services duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, patient, and respectful attitude toward older adults.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Dependable with good attendance.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or senior living experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Weekend and holiday availability required on a rotating basis

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
