28-bed ED with 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms

Fast-paced environment with high patient turnover

Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week), following the first week of orientation

13-week contract

Active HI RN license required by start of assignment

Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience required

Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS

All travelers must report to Employee Health 48–72 hours prior to the start of assignment; this appointment is held at Hilo Employee Health and attendance is mandatory

Plan to arrive in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start date to attend the Employee Health appointment on Friday morning
