We are looking for a Part Time Sales Associate to join our Shoe Fly & AppRunCo team!
Shoe Fly & AppRunCo provide industry leading brands like New Balance, Hoka, Brooks, On Running, Birkenstock, Taos, Pikolino, Ugg, & many more. Just as importantly, we provide our customers with personalized service and the knowledge they need to pick the shoes that will work best for their goals, lifestyle, and foot type.
Weekends and evening shifts are required.
An ideal candidate:
- Friendly, self-motivated, and a team player
- Has a passion for helping others
- Has experience & knowledge of running and fitness
- Has a passion for exercise and the outdoors
- Good communication skills
- Open availability to work in a shared schedule including evenings & weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Embrace the store culture and represent the Shoe Fly & AppRunCo brand at its highest level through professional selling & customer service
- Greet customers and interact with them in order to clarify their needs
- Listen carefully and provide solutions for both runners and walkers alike
- Close sales transactions efficiently and encourage repeat business
- Actively strive to gain new customers
- Work with a team in doing various day-to-day tasks of the store such as sales, maintaining store appearance, stock control and inventory

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
