Compensation
- Year 1: $85K – $125K expected earnings
- Year 2–3: $200K – $300K+ potential
- Base salary + aggressive commission structure
- Monthly commission payouts
- Full expense reimbursement (gas, tolls, travel) and auto allowance

What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of your assigned territory and customer base
- Build relationships with lab managers, researchers, and procurement teams
- Prospect, cold call, and close new business
- Grow existing accounts and drive repeat revenue
- Present products and solutions in person and virtually
- Manage pipeline and track opportunities
- Provide accurate quotes and negotiate pricing

Job Requirements

- Valid driver’s license
Preferred (not required):
- Bachelor’s degree (science-related field is a plus)
- Sales, customer-facing, or B2B experience
- Outside sales experience or familiarity with laboratory environments
