AtWork Personnel is urgently hiring an experienced Laser Operator Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. We are looking for a skilled professional with hands-on laser machine operation experience who can produce high-quality parts while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate laser cutting equipment to produce precision metal parts.
- Set up and adjust laser machines according to job specifications.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.
- Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and report maintenance concerns.
- Maintain accurate production records and follow safety procedures.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
Qualifications
- Previous laser operator or laser cutting experience required.
- Experience operating CNC laser equipment preferred.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required.
