Adventure Guide

As an Adventure Guide, you’ll help create fun, safe, and tail-wagging experiences for every pet in our care. From playtime and walks to belly rubs and keeping pups comfortable, you’ll be an important part of making their day a great one.
You’ll work alongside a team that looks out for each other, stays flexible, and genuinely cares about the pets we serve. This is hands-on, active work—and yes, playing with dogs is actually part of your job.
What You’ll Do
Every day brings a new adventure, but your mission stays the same: keep pets happy, healthy, safe, and having a great time.
You’ll:
- Walk, play with, and supervise dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities
- Create fun, positive play experiences while keeping safety a top priority
- Follow feeding schedules and individual pet-care routines
- Pay attention to the little things that help each pet feel comfortable and cared for
- Keep play areas and pet spaces clean, safe, and ready for the next adventure
- Work closely with your teammates to keep the day running smoothly
- Treat every pet like they’re part of your own family
It’s an active job in a busy environment, so you’ll need to be ready to move, adapt, and jump in wherever you’re needed.
What We’re Looking For
You might be a perfect fit if:
- If it has paws, you’re probably already in love with it
- You’re excited to work with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities
- You’re comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays when our furry guests are here
- You don’t mind standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, bending, or lifting—including the occasional enthusiastic, wiggly doodle
- You’re dependable, proactive, and calm when things get busy
- You’re a team player who’s willing to pitch in and help
- You notice the details and understand that great pet care is about more than just playtime
