We are looking for a proactive individual with a passion for jewelry and sales, a responsible individual who is capable of closing sales with excellent customer service and in accordance with established policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, creating videos and content related to jewelry, and a passion for online sales through LIVE events on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
We are currently seeking dynamic, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individuals to join our Social Media Sales Team in Rogers, AR.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Hosting and assisting with social media live jewelry sales (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)
- Performing LIVE sales tasks including showcasing jewelry, presenting promotions, interacting with viewers, answering questions, and creating an engaging shopping experience in real time
- Engaging with online customers and building strong client relationships
- Closing sales and offering financing options
- Creating invoices, processing layaways, and maintaining accurate records
- Managing product listings, updating inventory, and fulfilling customer orders through Shopify
- Staying organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Is bilingual – must speak Spanish
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation
- Has proven sales experience and a passion for client satisfaction
- Can confidently present products and lead live demonstrations
- Has experience in training and mentoring new team members
- Understands sales techniques and strategies
- Thrives in both team-based and independent work settings
- Is highly motivated and target-driven
- Brings excellent organizational and time management skills
- Is available to work weekends
- Sales management experience is a plus
- Experience or familiarity with financing/payment systems like SNAP & ACIMA, is preferred.
