Caregiver Benefits & Perks:
- Flexible Scheduling: Typically 3–4 days or nights per week. In some cases, 5-7 day schedules are available with overtime (OT) paid up to 60 hours.
- Weekly Pay: Convenient direct deposit.
- Overtime & Holiday Pay: 1.5x your regular rate.
- W-2 Employment: All caregivers are employees — we handle your taxes.
- Safe Work Environment: We will never ask you to perform any task we wouldn’t do ourselves.
- Casual Attire: Uniform shirts and basic supplies provided at no cost.
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.75 per mile when using your own vehicle.

- Client Introductions: You’ll never be expected to meet a client for the first time alone.

- Caregiver of the Month: Each month we choose an employee who went above and beyond expectations for the month, this individual receives a bonus and a certificate recognizing their performance.
Requirements:
- Valid CNA license or HHA certificate
- Unlicensed applicants will not be considered.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver License and be able to drive our clients when needed based on the care plan.
