Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate is an excellent multitasker who can manage priorities, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and provide professional and friendly support to staff, clients, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Keep track of deadlines, appointments, and important tasks to ensure nothing is overlooked.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files and records.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and other office activities.
- Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative materials.
- Order and maintain office supplies and ensure the office remains organized and well-stocked.
- Assist with invoices, receipts, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping as needed.
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate communication between staff, clients, vendors, and management.
- Provide general administrative support to management and other team members.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience in construction and or Fire Sprinklers.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time-management and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
Pay: $22.50 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
