About Cascade Van:
Cascade Van builds high-end adventure vans on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter platform from our facility in Bend, Oregon. Our vans are designed for families, adventurous couples, and people who spend their lives outside — camping, biking, skiing, paddling, fishing, exploring, and chasing the next trip.
We are a small, detail-driven team that takes pride in craftsmanship, clean execution, and building products that are meant to be used hard and enjoyed for years. Our shop culture is professional, creative, hands-on, and rooted in the outdoor lifestyle our vans support.
We are currently looking for a Phase 1 Van Build Technician / Carpenter to join our production team.
Position Overview:
This role is focused on the early stages of our van builds, including vehicle prep, carpentry-based installation work, framing, flooring, insulation, wall and ceiling prep, rough-in work, and the installation of key interior and exterior components.
The right candidate should have at least 1 year of carpentry or hands-on trade experience and be comfortable working with power tools, reading basic layouts, following instructions, and producing clean, consistent work.
Previous van-building or vehicle upfitting experience is a plus, but it is not required. Carpentry experience, attention to detail, reliability, and a good attitude are more important.
