Our services include marine construction, tug and barge operations, crane work, dredging, and heavy equipment operations.
We are seeking a motivated Dock Builder/Laborer who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to build a long-term career in marine construction.
Position Summary
The Dock Laborer assists in the construction, repair, and maintenance of marine structures, including docks, piers, staircases, floats, seawalls, and bulkheads. This position performs physically demanding work in outdoor and waterfront environments and operates hand tools, power tools, boats, barges, trailers, and other equipment as needed.
This position plays a key role in completing projects safely, efficiently, and within budget while maintaining daily communication with the Construction Superintendent and assisting in the training and development of crew members.

Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of general labor or physically demanding work experience.
Must be able to perform strenuous physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, digging, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Construction or marine construction experience is a plus

Schedule
