What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to therapists and clinical staff
- Support therapist growth, development, and quality of care
- Ensure clinical documentation and services meet Medicaid, AHCA, and organizational standards
- Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing clinician support
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and supportive team culture
- Participate in program development and operational improvement initiatives
- Support continuity of care and ethical clinical practice across programs
What We’re Looking For
- Florida Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT required)
- Clinical leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid/community mental health documentation and compliance
- Passion for mentoring clinicians and developing teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Experience serving children, families, and underserved populations is highly valued

About CWCSS
Community Wellness Counseling & Support Services is a rapidly growing behavioral health organization dedicated to increasing access to quality mental health services throughout rural North Florida. We provide outpatient counseling, home and school-based services, office and telehealth services, group counseling, community partnerships, and specialized behavioral health programs focused on improving the well-being of individuals and families across our communities.
