The Project Manager Will Be Responsible For:

Oversee all aspects of assigned projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

Monitor project progress, performance, and quality, proactively addressing issues to keep work on track.

Lead project meetings, report status updates, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and all required documentation to maintain organized records.

Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, and develop scope and RFQ packages for subcontractors and vendors.

Support the Project Superintendent in ensuring full compliance with contract documents and project requirements.

Provide leadership and oversight to supporting staff, including hiring, training, and directing work assignments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, implement best practices, and perform additional duties as assigned.
