The Sales Academy is a 12-week, hands-on internship designed for individuals looking to break into professional sports. This is not a shadowing experience —y ou will be actively selling, building relationships, and contributing to real revenue that drives the success of the club.
You’ll gain exposure to the full ticket sales lifecycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and servicing clients, while working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Own the sales process from start to finish — prospect, pitch, close, and service your accounts. -

Drive Revenue

Generate new ticket revenue through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings

Sell season tickets, mini plans, group outings, and premium hospitality packages

Meet and exceed weekly activity and revenue targets
Build Pipeline & Relationships

Prospect new leads through research, networking, referrals, and community engagement

Build relationships with individuals, groups, and local businesses

Maintain and manage your pipeline within CRM systems
Deliver a Great Fan Experience

Provide exceptional service to new and existing ticket holders

Support clients throughout their experience—from first contact to game day
Be Part of Game Day

Assist with game-day execution, including client hosting and service support
