Now Hiring: Social Media & BDC Representative
We are looking for a creative, outgoing, and motivated Social Media & BDC Representative to join our team. This unique role combines content creation with customer engagement, giving you the opportunity to turn your creativity into real dealership traffic and sales.

Responsibilities
Social Media
- Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Be the face of the dealership in videos, reels, and marketing campaigns.
- Host TikTok LIVE sessions and engage with our audience.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and create engaging content.
- Coordinate and participate in dealership promotions and community events.
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Business Development (BDC)
- Respond promptly to social media messages, internet inquiries, and leads.
- Generate and confirm customer appointments.
- Follow up with leads to increase showroom traffic.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Help convert online engagement into dealership visits and vehicle sales.
Qualifications
- Experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, customer service, or BDC (automotive experience is a plus).
- Confident and comfortable on camera.
- Skills in graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills.
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
- Valid driver's license.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Available to work weekends and occasional evenings for dealership events, community activities, and TikTok LIVE sessions (required).
