Job Title: Service Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and supporting our service technicians to deliver top-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maximizing the efficiency of service technicians by organizing and prioritizing work orders based on technician capability, parts availability, and promised deadlines.
- Facilitate smooth work flow through the department.
- Prepare customer quotes, write work orders, look up parts and handle customer billing with professionalism and accuracy.
- Learn and utilize our inventory management software effectively.
- Communicate service needs with customers using a proactive, sales-oriented approach.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in small engine repair.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in common computer applications.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work and maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure.
- Minimum of 2 years of personnel management experience.
- Post-high school education is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment with other departments.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
