Speedy Dumpster Solutions is hiring a dependable Local Dumpster Truck Driver to join our growing team in Tyler and Longview, TX.
We’re a fast-paced, locally owned dumpster rental company looking for a driver who can do more than just drive — someone who takes pride in keeping trucks running, equipment maintained, and customers satisfied.
You’ll be home every night and part of a small, tight-knit crew that values reliability and hard work.
Position Details
- Pay: $17-$20 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional Saturday mornings)
- Location: Based in Longview, TX (servicing Tyler & Longview areas)
- Type: Full-time, Part-time year-round work
Responsibilities
- Safely operate roll-off and dump-style trucks for dumpster deliveries and pickups
- Perform basic diesel maintenance and small repairs (oil changes, filters, greasing, etc.)
- Assist with welding or mechanical repairs on dumpsters, winches, and yard equipment when needed
- Inspect trucks daily and report issues promptly
- Maintain clean, organized truck and yard area
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
- Assist with inventory management
Requirements
- Valid CDL or non-CDL license (depending on truck type)
- Clean driving record (no recent major violations)
- Experience with diesel engines or basic mechanics preferred
- Welding experience a plus
- Ability to lift, bend, and work outdoors year-round
