Business Development Representative : Wholesale Sales
Base Pay + Commissions
PinktownUSA is looking for a motivated, competitive, and results-driven Business Development Representative to help grow our wholesale customer base.
This is a sales role for someone who enjoys making calls, opening new accounts, following up consistently, and turning prospects into paying customers. We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable reaching out to boutiques, retailers, vendors, online sellers, and trade show leads to generate new business.
If you are organized, confident on the phone, persistent with follow-up, and motivated by commission, this role offers a strong opportunity to grow with the company.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to new wholesale prospects
- Open new wholesale accounts and help convert prospects into buyers
- Follow up with existing customers to drive reorders and repeat sales
- Reactivate inactive or past customers
- Research and identify new sales opportunities
- Build prospect lists, track leads, and manage follow-ups
- Promote new products, seasonal collections, best sellers, and special offers
- Help customers understand wholesale pricing, ordering, minimums, product availability, and promotions
- Work trade show leads before and after events
- Participate in trade shows, vendor events as needed
- Track calls, notes, opportunities, and customer activity
- Meet weekly and monthly activity and sales goals
Who We’re Looking For
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls
- Persistent, professional, and not afraid of rejection
- Motivated by sales goals, commission, and performance bonuses
- Strong communicator who can build relationships with business owners
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up
- Able to manage multiple leads and customer conversations
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to win new business
- Experience in sales, business development, wholesale, retail, customer service, account management, jewelry, fashion accessories, apparel, or trade shows is a plus
- Must be reliable, coachable, and willing to learn our products and customer base

Compensation
- Base pay: USD 20.00 per hour
- Additional pay: commission and performance bonuses 5% of sales revenue
- Job type: part-time to start, with opportunity to grow
- Expected hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
- Commission begins after initial training/ramp period
- Strong performers may earn increased hours, expanded account responsibility, and additional earning opportunities
Schedule
- Part-time to start
- Monday to Friday
- Trade show or event availability as needed
- Some travel may be required for trade shows or sales .
