Account Management Associate Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting customers in-person with understanding their wireless needs and offering tailored sales solutions
- Account Management Associates promote the latest wireless products, plans, and services during customer outreach to drive sales and account acquisitions
- Developing customer relationships to increase brand loyalty and repeat business
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of products and services knowledge
- Account Management Associates assist customers with wireless account management, troubleshooting, and resolving service-related issues
- Help customers port their numbers over when needed or assist them in connecting with quality control services
- Account Management Associates process wireless transactions and maintaining accurate sales records
- Providing valuable wireless insights and feedback to help improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction
Account Management Associate Qualifications:
- Experience prior in a sales, wireless, customer service or customer focused position
- Ability to educate and engage with customers
- Focus on understanding and meeting customer needs
- Proactive and adaptable attitude
- Exhibit time management skills
- A natural ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with others
