Overview:
Excellent opportunity to earn base pay plus commission. Duties include excellent customer service, taking part in special events, developing a clientele, maintaining presentation standards, cosmetic application and non-selling responsibilities.
General responsibilities include:
- Daily makeup application
- Providing product information to customers
- Exceeding daily personal sales goals
- Inventory control
- Customer file maintenance and follow up
- Providing excellent client service
- Department merchandising and regular housekeeping
Experience:
- Ability to sell products effectively while providing exceptional customer service
- Comfortable and competent at makeup application
- Able to work well as a team player
- Proven ability to plan, set and achieve goals
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in cosmetic sales preferred
