Executive Personnel Group in Washington is seeking experienced Welders/Fabricators for various companies in Beaufort County. Position will be on a temp to permanent basis for the right candidate.
Requirements:
- 1 year of previous MIG welding- Steel and aluminum
- Read Blueprints
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Layout & Fitting: Reading, interpreting blueprints and schematics to plan layout and assembly.
- Fabrication: Measuring, cutting, bending, and shaping metal components using tools like plasma cutters, saws, and grinders.
- Welding: Joining metal parts using various techniques such as MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), or Flux-cored (FCAW) in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
- Quality Control: Inspecting completed welds and assemblies for cracks, defects, or inaccuracies, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Maintaining a clean workspace and following strict safety protocols (OSHA) while using machinery, lifting materials, and wearing PPE.
We consider candidates that recently received their certification or degree.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
