What You’ll Do
Teachers at Kangaroo Clubhouse play an important role in guiding children’s intellectual, emotional, and social development. Every day you’ll:
- Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom.
- Support whole-child development throughplay-based and Christian-centered learning.
- Collaborate with team members to implement curriculum and activities.
- Communicate effectively with families and colleagues.

- Willingness to complete an enhanced background check and obtain CPR/First Aid certification (we’ll guide you through it).
- Prior experience in childcare/teaching is preferred, but we will train the right person!
- CDA (Child Development Associate) preferred, but not required.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time (Monday–Friday) -Potential to move into full time, if desired.
- Salary: $12.00-$15.00 per hour (based on experience, education, & location)
- Experience: Teaching: 1 year (Preferred) Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
Requirements before first day: Enhanced Background Check & CPR/First Aid Certification
