Join a growing ENT specialty practice as a CT Technologist combining advanced imaging with hands-on clinical and procedural support in a collaborative outpatient environment.
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused CT Technologist to join our growing ENT practice. This role is responsible for performing in-office CT imaging while also supporting providers and clinical staff with medical assistant duties, surgical procedure preparation, sterilization, and management of surgical instruments and supplies.

Duties
CT Imaging Responsibilities
- Perform in-office CT scans in accordance with physician orders and office protocols.
- Prepare and position patients appropriately for imaging procedures.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education throughout imaging procedures.
- Operate and maintain CT equipment according to manufacturer and regulatory standards.
- Verify image quality and ensure scans are completed accurately for provider interpretation.
- Maintain radiation safety standards and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Properly document imaging procedures within the EMR system. Coordinate with providers regarding urgent findings or imaging concerns.
Medical Assistant Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, medication lists, and chief complaints.
- Assist providers during ENT examinations and in-office procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper stocking of supplies and instruments.
- Provide patient education and discharge instructions as directed by providers.
- Assist with scheduling, authorizations, referrals, and other clinical workflow tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
Surgical / Instrument Support Responsibilities
- Clean, sterilize, organize, and maintain surgical instruments and procedure trays according to infection control standards.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of in-office procedure rooms.
- Ensure surgical tools and equipment are functioning properly and available for scheduled procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of clinical and surgical supplies and notify leadership of shortages.
- Support procedural flow to improve efficiency and patient experience.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Current Arizona MRT license or eligibility
- ARRT (CT) certification or equivalent
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Knowledge of radiation safety principles
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years CT experience
- ENT or outpatient imaging experience
- Experience with cone beam CT systems
- Surgical or procedural clinic experience
- EMR and sterile processing experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist with patient positioning
- Manual dexterity for imaging and instruments
Pay: $35.00 - $41.00 per hour
