Position Responsibilities:
Coordinate the activities required to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent customer requirements (e.g. AOG

Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material, delivery requirements for emergent escalation- s
Advises customers regarding order status, changes or improvements on AOG Hard Grounded requirement- s
Act as a liaison communicating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and drive a solution to support customer hard grounded aircraft situation- .
Review and decipher engineering data for alternate problem resolutio- n
Support suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation pla- n
Assist in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities and capacit- y
Act as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to accomplish a common objectiv- e
Assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolution- s
Uses multiple Boeing systems in a fast-paced environment for AOG Hard grounded requirements- .
