Qualifications
To perform this position successfully, an individual must demonstrate regular, predictable attendance and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and Experience:
- Associates/Bachelors degree in nursing required.
- Prior nursing experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
Licensure Certification:
- Current RN licensure with the Board of Nursing in Minnesota
- Current CPR certification

- Knowledge of health regulations.
- Visual and auditory ability to observe the daily living needs of the residents in order to provide quality care.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions including the ability to read, write and understand English.
- Strong supervisory skills to lead LPNs, CMAs & CNAs
Physical/Mental:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods of walking, standing, bending, and reaching
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
