Giron Kirby Law Group, PLLC is a boutique civil litigation and immigration law firm representing business and individual clients in Texas and across the nation. Our civil litigators assist clients in personal injury, commercial litigation, and business law matters in both state and federal courts. Our immigration attorneys provide client-centered solutions to companies seeking to hire foreign workers, investors looking to start companies in the United States, individuals seeking to legalize their status, and green card holders applying to become citizens, among others.

The firm has offices in the Galleria area and The Woodlands. This position will report to the Galleria office, located at 5433 Westheimer Rd., Suite 725, Houston, Texas 77056. This is a full-time position; 40 hours per week, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
· Answer and manage phone lines; greet, direct & assist clients and visitors; keep detailed and accurate messages of visitor & client requests and relay them in a timely manner to appropriate parties
· Coordinate consultations (scheduling/questionnaires)
· Prepare retention agreements, client intake/file setup forms (NCMs), and payment plan agreements for all attorneys
· Collect client payments and follow up on overdue invoices and payment plan installments
· Maintain accuracy of client and lead database
· Calendar meetings, consultations, and reminders
· Client communication as requested by attorneys and staff
· General administrative assistance to the attorneys and staff (including scanning, faxing, and mailing out correspondence and other documents)
· Maintain organized physical and digital client files, including archiving closed files in adherence to close-file procedure
· Translate various documents (Spanish/English) and interpret as needed
· Maintain conference rooms and lobby, order and restock breakroom and office supplies (including bottled water), and monitor and manage building maintenance requests
· Process incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries; including monitoring USPS informed delivery and resolving any missing mail issues
· Maintain postage and shipping supplies, re-stock copy machine with paper, and routine maintenance requests
· Manage parking validations
Required Skills and Experience:
· Fluency in English and Spanish is required (reading/writing/speaking)
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Careful and detail-oriented, punctual, responsible and dependable; able to operate & maintain office equipment on a regular basis including fax, copier, scanner, printer and familiar with Apple/Mac
· Resourceful searching internet and government sites
· Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams), Adobe, and Dropbox
Preferred Skills and Experience:
· At least one year of recent support experience in a law office or professional service firm
· At least two professional references from recent work experience
· Prior experience and proficiency with MyCase
· Experience and proficiency with Apple/Mac computers
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
