2. Position Overview
Seeking a Licensed Psychologist for a full-time opportunity in Watsonville, California.

- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Evaluate applicants for eligibility and service needs
3. Key Responsibilities
- Review diagnostic and academic records.
- Conduct interviews and psychological evaluations.
- Observe applicants and consult with families/collaterals.
- Assess IQ, adaptive skills, and autism-related measures.
- Prepare clear, concise psychological reports.
- Participate in multidisciplinary diagnostic teams.
- Provide consultation to agency staff and service providers.
- Assist with program development and evaluation.
- Support conservatorship, competency, and diversion matters as needed.
4. Requirements
- Active California Psychologist License.
- Minimum 2 years of experience diagnosing Autism and/or IDD.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation, or independent transportation.
5. Education
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or Educational Psychology from an accredited institution.
6. Certifications
- Active California Board of Psychology license required.
- Proficiency with psychological and behavioral assessment tools.
7. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with conservatorships.
- Experience with competency evaluations.
- Experience with fair hearings.
- Experience with diversion plans.
- Bilingual skills preferred.
Assessment Experience: Candidates should be prepared to provide a redacted psychological assessment report completed following graduate training.

Pay: $11,888.00 - $15,585.00 per month
