Grace Place provides Housing Support Services to individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and other barriers to stable housing.

Position Summary
The Property Manager and Office Administrator serves as the operational hub of our downtown office.
This individual ensures that office operations, property management, client services, and administrative systems function with efficiency, professionalism, and consistency. They are responsible for maintaining organization in a dynamic environment while supporting leadership, staff, community partners, and the individuals we serve.
This position requires sound judgment, emotional intelligence, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in an environment where priorities can change throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
Property Management
- Coordinate client move-ins and move-outs.
- Monitor vacancies and occupancy goals.
- Schedule and document inspections.
- Maintain accurate property files and documentation.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communication.
- Assist with rent collection and tenant ledgers.
- Monitor lease compliance and housing requirements.
- Communicate professionally with landlords, property owners, and county partners.
Office Administration
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
- Prepare reports and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and administrative resources.
- Support executive leadership with projects and organizational initiatives.
Client Services
- Welcome every client with professionalism, dignity, and respect.
- Assist with applications, documentation, and required paperwork.
- Coordinate communication with community providers and county agencies.
- Protect confidentiality while maintaining accurate records.
- Foster an environment built on trust, accountability, and service.
Technology Expectations
Technology is essential to our success.
The successful candidate must be comfortable learning and mastering software quickly, including cloud-based systems and electronic documentation platforms.
Experience with programs such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Buildium, HMIS, ClientTrack, Egnyte, Adobe Acrobat, and similar software is highly desirable.
A willingness to learn is expected.
The ability to learn quickly is essential.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Property management experience
- Office administration experience
- Human services or social services experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong computer proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to successfully complete required background studies
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
