Posting Title: Human Resources Supervisor

Reports to: Human Resources Manager
This position will supervise and coordinate the activities of professional-level and administrative support employees involved in employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, employment, labor relations, affirmative action, and employment equity programs.

- Solid time management and prioritization skills.
- Required computer knowledge (preferably experienced with SAP and/or Kronos) and proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- High school diploma preferred but not mandatory; some college education preferred but not essential.
- Bilingual skills are highly desired (English/Spanish).
- Must be available for flexible hours, primarily from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, including potential weekends.
- Previous experience preferred but not necessary.
- Willingness to travel at least 10% of the time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises the day-to-day administration of personnel policies and practices at the designated location.
- Oversees the administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure alignment with corporate initiatives.
- Responsible for maintaining multiple reports, including employee job bids, employee qualifications, and new hire reports.
- Ensures compliance with employment laws, company policies, and procedures while handling confidential HR information.
- Maintains adequate records to comply with state and federal regulations.
- Enters and maintains employee records and information in SAP, Kronos, and/or JSAs.
- Maintains all employee files.
- Answers phones professionally, takes messages, and directs calls appropriately.
- Conducts data entry and maintenance of various HR/Training reports.
- Assists HR staff with clerical and administrative tasks, including filing.
- Cross-trains on all HR functions.
- Manages internal company communications such as bulletin boards, newsletters, and picnics.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Director.
