We are looking for a creative, reliable part-time Content Creator to visit apartment communities throughout the Dallas area and create engaging short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram.
This is a great position for someone who loves social media, apartment tours, real estate, and creating aesthetic content. You do NOT need to be a professional videographer or advanced editor.
What you'll do:
- Visit apartment communities throughout Dallas/DFW to film apartment tours and amenities
- Record high-quality vertical videos using your iPhone
- Capture model units, pools, gyms, clubhouses, views, and other property features
- Create simple talking/POV-style content when needed
- Stay up to date with TikTok and Instagram trends and trending audio
- Occasionally create simple edits using CapCut
- Upload and organize raw footage for our team to edit
- Help post content to TikTok and Instagram
- Aim to capture multiple pieces of content during each property visit
What we're looking for:
- Must live in or near Dallas
- Must have a reliable vehicle and be comfortable driving to apartment communities
- Must have a newer iPhone with a high-quality camera
- Understands TikTok, Instagram Reels, trending sounds, hooks, and current social media styles
- Basic knowledge of CapCut
- Good eye for lighting, angles, and aesthetically pleasing shots
- Comfortable speaking on camera is a plus
- Reliable, organized, outgoing, and able to work independently
- No professional videography experience required
Schedule: Part-time, flexible schedule
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX — primarily on location at apartment communities
