Position Summary
A Production Technician I duties involve assembling final level and/or more complex assemblies including final configuration of machines, performing quality checks, and conducting repairs on equipment when needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble machines which includes mechanical assembling, routing cables/wires, wiring various electronic components/parts per instructions or Engineering drawings.
- Inspect machines/assemblies for discrepancies and ensure proper build quality. This requires meticulous attention to detail.
- Perform repairs and/or rework machines/assemblies as needed.
- Comply with all company health and safety regulations, ensure all tasks are performed according to company policies and procedures, and complete any necessary data entry or documentation.
- Knowledgeable in proper usage of a digital multimeter.
Qualifications
Requires 1-3 years of related assembly/machine building experience required.
Electronic/Mechanical/Manufacturing Technical degree/certificate (pursuing or completed) is highly desirable but not necessary.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Experience in general production work
- Basic math and communication skills required
- Excellent organizational skills
Physical Requirements: Lifting up to 40 lbs., standing for extended periods and/or bending while performing some tasks.
