Qualifications
- Prior retail & customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Able to lift 40+ pounds
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends
- High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities
- Assist customer with shipping, printing, mailbox, fax, and other product offerings of The UPS Store
- Be knowledgeable of products and services offered and properly promote them to customers
- Operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment and all other office machines in a safe, efficient and productive manner. Help customers operate office machines located in retail area
- General housekeeping duties
