Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales and dealership operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including negotiation and upselling
- Familiarity with inventory management and retail math
- Ability to engage in public speaking and outbound sales
- Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management
