Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager in the home building sector. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and effective communication skills to manage various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate all aspects of home construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Manage contracts and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.

Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the construction process.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in home building or construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and contract management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.
