Temporary Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) – Maternity Leave Coverage (12 Weeks)
Looking for a meaningful short-term opportunity where you can make a lasting impact? Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide temporary maternity leave coverage for approximately 12 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative pediatric therapy team, build relationships with families, and make a difference in the lives of children.
While this is a temporary assignment, there may be opportunities to be considered for future openings based on business needs and performance.

Duration: Approximately 12–13 weeks

$30 per 30-minute therapy session ($60/hour)

$80 per evaluation

$17 per 30-minute therapy session ($34/hour)
(Rate based on years of experience and/or bilingual status)

$28–$38 per 30-minute therapy session ($56–$76/hour)

$15–$23 per 30-minute therapy session ($30–$46/hour)

Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience required

Active Texas State license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or eligibility as an SLPA

Passion for serving children and supporting families
Work alongside experienced therapists and professionals who support one another while providing exceptional care to children and their families.

On-site interdisciplinary mentorship with OT, PT, and SLP clinicians

Collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts for behavioral support
