Job Description & Requirements
We are a growing chiropractic clinic in Morganton, NC, and we're looking for an Associate Chiropractor to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of $85,000–$100,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), along with monthly bonus and incentive opportunities.
Our associate works Monday through Friday, averaging 31–40 hours per week. You'll care for approximately 100–150 patient visits each week, with our doctors typically spending 5–10 minutes per patient, allowing time to provide personalized care while building lasting patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering therapy, rehabilitation, and exercise instruction
- Utilizing decompression therapy as part of patient care
- Providing nutritional and supplementation guidance
- Participating in professional development and continuing education seminars
We partner with a nearby imaging provider for patient X-rays and operate within a collaborative shared-patient model, allowing our doctors to work together while focusing on delivering exceptional patient care.
