Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including physiology and anatomy assessments, to determine individual therapy needs.
- Develop and execute effective care plans tailored to each patient's condition, focusing on recovery goals and functional improvements.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics techniques, and geriatrics-specific treatments.
- Manage discharge planning processes by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring seamless transitions from hospital to home or community settings.
- Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems while maintaining compliance with medical terminology standards.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, physiotherapy exercises, and self-care strategies for ongoing health maintenance.
