Duties
***MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH/SPANISH*****
- Assist machine operators in the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of converting machines, flexo presses, and other industrial equipment.
- Support the safe handling and manual loading of raw materials.
- Conduct dimensional measurements and quality checks to verify products meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering strictly to safety protocols and standards.
- Support the packaging process by preparing finished products for shipment, including paper packaging tasks.Skills
- Familiarity with safety standards in production environments and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Experience with forklift operation for material handling within a manufacturing setting.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments.
- Understanding of quality standards in production to ensure consistent product excellence.
