Details/Requirements:
- Be responsible for increasing the growth and profitability of the branch office by developing and maintaining client relationships.
- The branch manager is responsible for facilitating a positive team environment and promoting solid recruitment and sales strategy.
- Lead the branch team in a manner that fosters growth and improves employee morale.
- Provide next-level leadership to the branch team.
- Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
- Recruits individuals for staff positions and develops them to perform their positions competently by providing consistent and ongoing training, leadership, and feedback.
- Manages day-to-day activities of the branch, assuring that all functions are covered appropriately, orders are filled successfully, and all support processes are fulfilled timely.
- Monitors and participates in sales activities closely to assure that needs of future and current clients are anticipated appropriately.
- Develops multi-level relationships in client organizations to assure retention and further development.
- Review Monthly Branch Financials and identify areas for improvement to reach top revenue and gross profit goals.
- Assures that branch complies with company model, and that all reports and other paperwork are completed and filed timely.
- Budgeting, forecasting, monthly P& L review, and financial planning.
