We are seeking a customer-focused Entry Level Telecommunications Associate to join our Houston team. In this role, you will represent AT&T through direct, in-person engagement, providing potential customers with clear, knowledgeable guidance on the latest AT&T products, services, and solutions.

Entry Level Telecommunications Associate Responsibilities
- Professionally engage potential customers in person to promote and explain AT&T services
- Provide clear education on AT&T’s current offers, bundles, and product features
- Assist customers with enrollment into AT&T service plans
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of AT&T’s latest technologies and updates
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance and sales objectives
- Deliver tailored customer solutions to ensure a seamless and positive experience
- Uphold AT&T’s brand values of innovation, reliability, and customer care
- Adhere to all compliance standards, operational procedures, and company policies
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
- Accurately track, document, and report daily customer interactions and outcomes
Entry Level Telecommunications Associate Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to confidently present and discuss services with diverse audiences (training provided)
- Professional, approachable, and customer-centric demeanor
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Reliable transportation within the Houston area
- Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
- Authorization to work in the United States
