We are looking for a candidate with experience in customer service and reception to fill our Guest Service Specialist role. This position is a front desk reception role which includes a variety of duties, including but not limited to, maintaining provider schedules, direct client assistance, and spa upkeep. You will be the “face” of the spa for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate should be professional, reliable, perceptive, and a self-starter. Knowledge of our industry and some of the services we offer is a must, as well as the willingness to self-study to become proficient in our full spa menu. Candidate should be customer-focused, a master multi-tasker, and experienced in coordinating multiple provider schedules and appointments.
This position is 5 days per week, 40 hours per week; days can rotate week over week and does include 2-3 Saturdays per month. Employment includes a generous employee discount program and a competitive benefits package subject to employment terms.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 5+ years of customer service/front desk reception experience
