As a Retail Team Member at Kilwins, you’ll play an essential role in delivering the exceptional service and delicious treats we’re known for. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Providing outstanding customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Assisting guests in selecting their favorite sweets, ice cream flavors, and gift-worthy treats.
- Preparing and serving products, including scooping ice cream, crafting waffle cones, and packaging chocolates.
- Learning and performing classic confectionery skills like fudge making and chocolate dipping.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Restocking shelves and displays to ensure everything looks as good as it tastes.
- Lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs, with or without accommodation, to keep the store running smoothly.
