Compensation & Benefits — Part-Time DC, The Joint Chiropractic – Chattanooga:
- Starting base rate of $35/hr for a TN-licensed DC, plus volume-based bonuses that typically add $5–$10/hr
- Bonuses paid bi-weekly, based on clinic volume and your ability to help patients commit to a recommended care plan
- Part-time schedule is typically 1–2 weekdays plus 1–2 weekend days (20–32 hrs/wk)
- A clear path to full-time for interested DCs as clinic needs grow (full-time runs 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, roughly 38–40 hrs/wk)

You'll adjust, not administrate. Our clinics are supported by a dedicated Medical Director, a full-time Operations Manager, and an engaged franchise owner, so you can focus entirely on your craft. You'll also have the support and mentorship of experienced fellow DCs to help you deliver the high-volume, high-quality care we're known for — with front desk staff handling all plan and payment conversations after you recommend care.

Job Title: Chiropractor (Part-Time, 20–32 hrs/wk)
Location: Chattanooga, TN area (Hixson, Northshore, Hamilton Place, Cleveland — plus Fort Oglethorpe, GA for GA-licensed DCs)
Clinic hours: 10 AM–7 PM M–F and 10 AM–4 PM Sat–Sun
(closed for lunch 2:00–2:45 PM M–F)
What You'll Do:
- Consult with patients: review health and medical histories; question, observe, and examine; review X-rays as indicated
- Evaluate the spine and neuromusculoskeletal system using chiropractic diagnosis
- Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other articulations as clinically appropriate
- Educate patients on the quality-of-life benefits of routine chiropractic care
- Recommend a course of care and hand off to front desk staff, who complete the plan and payment conversation
- Record patient histories and visit documentation as indicated
- Build positive, lasting doctor-patient relationships
- Contribute to clinic growth by pursuing our Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
- Maintain reliable transportation and availability to cover shifts across our Chattanooga-area clinics when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
- Passing scores on NBCE Parts I, II, III, and IV (a recent NBCE SPEC exam is an acceptable alternative to Part IV)
- Valid, active DC license in Tennessee
- Fully eligible for malpractice coverage in TN
- Georgia license a plus, but not required
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
