· Culinary Expertise: Proven experience in a high-volume, fine-dining environment with a focus on from-scratch Southern cookery.
· Operational Stamina: Able to work efficiently, maintain high standards, and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced, high-heat kitchen setting.
· Professional Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to teamwork and quality output during busy lunch and dinner services.
